INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1/4 tsp. teaspoon salt
- 120g melted butter
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 90 g flour
- Baking powder 2 sachets of 7 g
- 60 g of crushed walnuts
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 c. tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 c. tablespoon topping

- Work the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter until sugar dissolves.
- Sift the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder and stir into first preparation for a smooth paste.
- Add the chopped walnuts and bananas crushed by mixing well to incorporate them into the dough. Pour batter into a greased and floured 24 cm in diameter.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven and allow to cool completely before unmolding. Submit a paper lace on the cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
