- 60 g flour
- 50g cornflour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 baker's yeast sachet
- 4 eggs
- Separate egg whites from yolks. Blanch the egg yolks with 50 g sugar by mixing. Add little by little the flour and cornstarch while mixing. Then add the yeast and mix.
- Beat the egg whites snow, add 50 g of sugar and gently add to the previous preparation (yolks, sugar, flour, cornstarch, yeast).
- Put in a buttered and floured thermostat 4 for about 25 minutes (You decide).
