Sponge cake with the Thermomix


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 75 g flour 00
  • 25 g of potato starch
  • 1/2 vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • butter


Method

Turn off the oven and let stand the cake with the door half open for about 5 minutes, then bake and invert onto a cutting board. Make it cool completely before using.
