Quick and easy recipe for sponge cake

  • 60 g flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 baker's yeast sachet
  • 4 eggs
  1. Separate egg whites from yolks. Blanch the egg yolks with 50 g sugar by mixing. Add little by little the flour and cornstarch while mixing. Then add the yeast and mix.
  2. Beat the egg whites snow, add 50 g of sugar and gently add to the previous preparation (yolks, sugar, flour, cornstarch, yeast).
  3. Put in a buttered and floured thermostat 4 for about 25 minutes (You decide).
